I agree with Maikeru when he says DXPs are excessive right now, but at least they're global. having an exclusive xp buff of this magnitude that is gated through this amount of time/mtx is an awful idea. I generally think they do a fine job and even though I may not agree with every decision they make, I don't find value in nitpicking. I'm not the type to bash jagex at every turn.
